provide more honest and timely disclosure
less spin and stories about things that do not drive profit
be honest about the transfer of funds from high margin to low margin products
return money rather than look to waste it
have a clear strategy and execute it well
act with good faith in contracts with advisers
explain how their adviser and product distribution strategy will produce profit - rather just be a shrinking capability
provide real evidence of any current success and future profit rather than just stories about new products that don’t add to inflows.
