Also with Hastings getting the friendly game on again with Forrest's Wyloo and highly likely to proceed, we could have a path to monetising WC too - I've taken the time to speak to the Chairman and Jeremy. I sensed a high degree of integrity and methodical approach in the way they are balancing risk/reward with a cash conservative approach.
