ATI is in forbearance till 6 Oct with its major shareholder cum creditor cum sole bond and note holder Droxford to come up with a restructure plan. Lot will Depend on Droxford and other T20s as shareholder approval is needed if and when a restructure is proposed. YRR may only need the ATI plant but I guess ATI will want a buyer for both the Windimurra mine and the new plant if restructure fails. IMO, at this stage YRR can't afford it but things could change if our grade and resource is proven and we are re rated with foreign interest.
