i really doubt NKP will be in a TH for another 8mths, although how long realistically will it take nkp to clear up all the facts , to get the DMR to award our 2 farms back, if they start trading before ALL off these issue are cleared up 100% , the stock will fall, im sure of it.

The only way nkp will rise is if they announce a T/O, in which case we will never relist, or they clear up the entire mess with announcements that show proof everything is fine.

So personally i think it will take a few more months for NKP to clear up all the facts and to collect evidence to show us that things are all great.

but i actually think NKP will end up going a deal with X on garatu , and i think we will be trading even if the 2 farms that make up tubatse are still in dispute, i wonder how the stock will react to that, we have an X deal on garatu, but the 2 farms are still in dispute and awaiting DMR clarification.
i still think nkp would trade higher.
