What I am hearing is that at a certain point GEH will not allow anyone onto the plant site without special security clearance etc. You may recall that there was a big todo with Condalesa Fried rice granting permission for GE to talk to anyone outside USA. There are a lot of people worried about the N issue.
SLX will hear what is happening but it won't be involved per se.
