still can't top off on SILEX either...had limit order in for $11US and low for SILXY was $10.40 with 500 traded yesterday....something fishy is up with Bank of New York's handling of SILEX A.D.R's. We'll see if I top off today as according to OZ close SILEX low was $2.92AUD ($2.05US...x5 for the ADR = $10.25US).
still turning the screws on my GE source who works in the nuclear department down in Wilmington to see whats up with the whole Silex deal. Information to come hopefully soon.
