The world is changing Kori. Cellmid has become like a state owned company, run by central communist party (Politburo) in a Soviet era country. You must not criticise, challenge numbers, decisions or ask embarrassing questions. I think it is a sign of desperation and from shareholders side, a sign of frustration.
But no situation is permanent. We shall see sometime where we are heading. Perhaps after the vaccine has been released. I personally do not see that antibody testing has any place in a country where infected people are a minute fraction of the total population.
