    You CHM guys are dellusional. Yes CHM will have a claim against MMX. It will be for initial amount plus interest. One million bucks or less. AS MMX have said all along CHM do not have a claim in respect to ownership of Jack Hills.

    Get back to the original argument of ou and then I steal 1 dollar off you and then buy a scratchie the next day with that dollar. It wins 10000 dollars. Do I owe you $10000 or 1 dollar.

    I dont know the answer but I would guess I Own you the dollar plus the time in jail.
