    There are two cases that CHM are pursuing.

    The larger case got deferred recently so we will know on the 2/4 when it will return to court.

    The second matter which is the Koh/Evans matter will go to trial in August of this year.

    So really this cloud will hang about probably all of this year and depending on appeals etc could drag into next year
