My comrade from the sensible centre, the point I make is this;

People have and will always behave rationally to improve their family's prospects. Thats why most of us are in Australia. I can't blame them, would do the same myself. The motivation to migrate doesn't need extremes of war and famine.

In Africa there is a very low standard of living. In Europe there is a much higher standard of living even for the unemployed.

As water flows to the lowest spot it can, people will flow to their best prospect.

The door to Europe is open. Rationally the flow of people will increase. Will the Europeans ever decide to stop the flow?

Thank you for bringing my attention to the risk of "banging on" by frequent posting, your own restraint is noteworthy.
