I'm not sure why we would want the NAIF to buy equity in Project Sea Dragon but maybe that is what is needed to secure funding.
To be honest if BCI can get a $460m loan then surely getting a loan from NAIF is better than ceding equity.
If your so sure Seafarms won't receive a loan how to you explain such a huge loan to BCI?
Those changes recommended are being put through parliament early Jan.
