I am gobsmacked that NAÏF has taken this long to fund this project.

Let's call it $50,000 per annum per job 90 years that's $4.5bn in wages. Versus what a negative outflow from jobseeker instead of how much over 90 years say -$1bn.

Easily alone that's a $5.5bn proposition to the government for a loan they get back with interest anyway.

I thought you vaguely mentioned living it up in Thailand or Vietnam. Corruption there is a hell of a lot more of a concern than good old Australia!
