Yeah not sure why posco is taking thier time aswel.. been a long time already.
every presentation j9hn has been in, he has clearly said posvo with their $40mil. So to me, they are in for $40mil.
its been stated many times before that they will do upto 19.99%.
So my guess is the 40mil will be made up of the 19.99% ownership, pre payment and lock in of module two and potentially module 3.
im guessing their might be options thrown in the deal, so that after BKT do their equity raise, posco can take up their optiona to still have 19.99% after equity dilution.
if this is the case then things with posco could also be relying on the equity partners and their stakes.
