AVO's mkt cap is AUD620 million, producing approx 240,000ounces per annum (est. Year 2011) Share Price AUD2.15
SLR's mkt cap is AUD250 million, producting approx 100,000ounces per annum (est. Year 2011) Share Price AUD1.40
IGR's mkt cap is AUD180 million producing approx 75,000 - 140,000 per annum (est.Year 2011) Share Price AUD0.24
Just by comparing mkt cap with production forecasts, we are only worth between AUD0.31 - AUD0.48
For now, we are fairly valued.... chartwise, the whole month of June 2010 will be quiet for us... we should be dwindling around AUD0.25.
We will need to break 10MA, 50MA, 100MA before we spike up, which will happen i guess in late June, July.
Market makers will need to hold share price above Moving Average to keep momentum for target production to realise.
Looking back, IGR had been a wrong choice to invest in compared to SLR..... but moving forward this June 2010 is the time to accumulate.... There's only upside albeit slower due to the massive dilution. Downside not much as we can see IGR is only hammered down to AUD0.22 at most.
