Tooli
I followed CC in the doorback in late 04. As i recall the coy had just been rebadged IGR.
I am a Dockers supporter, which makes me a very patient man, which is probably why I am still in IGR.
Yes, i have been enjoyed the benefits of low entry prices (10c +) and cursed when the price has hit all time highs a few years back when i loaded up (in the 50's and 60's)thinking that it's time had come.
All in all, I think I am about even with this one over the years. In recent times I have purchased with the view that the time is nearing (let's hope that it is not like my mistake a few years back).
The dockers are making the right noises and moves (no comments pls about the drugs!), but, although a die hard fan, I don't think 2010 is their year.
Likewise, i don't think that it is IGR's time just yet, but like the Dockers, IGR is not far off.
I am not a Geo, but from what I have learnt over the years, this is a quality asset holding that will be realised in due course.
It seems that companies going into production suffer a sp lag, while the market satisfies itself that it can deliver. IGR is a little different in that it going to production not really knowing exactly how much more gold it has.
I have not been on hc for long, but what does strike me is that posters seem at times (not having a go) to have unrealistic expectations in terms of timeframes. T/over (while still possible - and will deliver hopefully quicker value increase) did not happen, so the company must revert to its game plan of production and exploration...this takes time.
So in short, yes I have been in for a bit...and I am not a young man so I would like to have this act to get on the road soon....but in its own measured time.
sorry for the ramblings....but I must say...
UP THE DOCKERS!
No offence to anyone intended.
