all good replies but not really on topic, the thread title is "When will IBG wake up from its lethargy and when will the fair valuation take place?"
my opinion is the sp will increase when the deal is done with exim and equity partner and wont achieve its full potential until the mine is built and production starts. then the % of NPV will be priced in.
