Depends on CFD provider. IG closes out at 0 if they are sure it's going to be delisted and start a 'proceeds line'. If you were short ISX with a CFD, then hypothetically you should receive the maximum return.
Also if you have a short position through a CFD. Interest will be paid to you whilst the position is open.
