arent the ( accussed) shorters equally as affected if the shares are suspened as they cant crystalise a gain from any SP reduction and are paying interest on their position.
and if the stock delists does anyone have any idea how the sell side CFDs and professional shorts are treated?
i very much doubt CFD providers will be paying out and will find a loophole ( price at last trade?) not to loose money
Anyone have experience of owning a short in such a situation? what actually happens?
