Sure ASX said ASIC are making enquiries into ISX, but nobody knowsthe nature of these enquiries.
ASIC doesn't and hasnt made any public announcement regarding an enquiry and certainly hasn't said a thing about ISX.
So if they are indeed a looking at ISX, this could be about absolutely anything and every chance its nothing to do with the ASX 'investigation'.
After all ISX are in the fintech/regtech business and have stated they have a strong and proactive relationship with ASIC and associated actual regulatory outfits. ISX are regularly dealing with ASIC.

Furthermore, if ASIC enquiries are private and the public etc are not privy to ASIC dealings, how could ASX have included ASIC in their excuses for suspending ISX in the first place ?
This misleading illusory speak from ASX is where the crap talkers get their ammo from.

My guess is that ASX referred something to ASIC for review re: the OM report and media speculation.
