That made me think some more about ASIC and how it may be involved in this.
Now that the ASX Final Report is done, and if it contained nothing "naughty" to refer to ASIC, can ASIC just tell ASX to let us trade again even if ASX do not want to let ISX trade?
Would ASIC be allowed to say "that report is junk, so let them trade"?
