Agree, A4paper....imo ASX jumped the guns and suspended ISX in the first place...all inquiries could have been conducted without the need for the suspension imo...
anyone these days can write up silly naughty reports or whisper, so does this mean ASX go and suspend every company...this is exactly why ASIC didnt want anything to do with this suspension even though ASX was trying to drag them into this ...imo ASIC knew it was handled un professionally in the first place.
correct thing to do from ASX imo is sort out the matters quickly and get ISX trading again which is in the best interest of shareholders and company.
Anything ASX needs ISX to do differently going foward then it should be diacussed.
the results from last announcement was amazingly strong...isx is looking good...would be shame if this drsgs on. gltah
