To be clear: on the ASIC involvement, there is/was some sort of investigation by ASIC. ISX has said this is the case.
I got pulled into line recently by other posters when I mistakenly thought that ISX was already under ASIC investigation at the time it was suspended. It was pointed out to me that this is an unknown, but what is known is that ASIC asked ISX for its "books" after the suspension had started.
Why ISX was asked for its "books" idk. (that might just be the adi thing??? or not) . The result from ASIC looking at the "books" is also not known.
