I saw your post on the other thread asking if ASIC can just order the suspension to be overturned. I do not know the answer to that but I am concerned that this is still not trading even though the ASX report has been finished (but release heldover).
What I do know about ASIC is they are very, very familiar with the ISX 2019 financials as ISX was one of only 200 aussie companies put under the special ASIC microscope at ASIC 29-026MR.
So ASIC has already had a really close look at 2019 fins, and ISX remains suspended.
