Well that’s a whole lot of assumptions and conjecture. Like why would you assume just because they are still pursuing formal court filing there isn’t other dialogue ongoing.
About all we know is ASX has provided draft findings and ISX have clearly decided to contest at least some of it and is happy to let the proceedings continue. Maybe ISX should just sign up to whatever ASX is offering, maybe they can get a better outcome if they push a little bit. What is the best option is obviously a matter of uninformed guesswork from the HotCopper peanut gallery.
