I think that's fair enough, provided that the ASX treat all other listed companies that are under ASIC investigation in the same way.
What has never been explained is why the shares can't continue to trade while any investigations are being undertaken.
It is my opinion that the ASX have assumed some severe breaches of the listing rules had taken place, then proceeded to look for evidence that those breaches occurred while the stock was suspended. Therefor not the same kind of "Procedural fairness" afforded to other companies.
