    Bula

    2003 Forcasts
Extraction and Operating costs (Indo Admin etc): US$8.64
    Indo Oil Tax US$2.72
    Tanker Transport Costs US$2.93

    Total Bula US$14.29

"based on average production of 10,000 BOPD, direct expenses of the TPS facility is ~ $5.00 per barrel. Then there is vessel costs of ~ $1.70 per barrel. Diesel costs are ~ $1.50 per barrel, for power and heating. When the permanent facility is completed, operating costs should be less than $7.50 per barrel. All of the above are estimates at this early stage.....The permanent facilities costs are as advised by the operator KUFPEC. When the permanent facilities are completed, the refined products (HSFO - High Sulphur Fuel Oil and Naptha should realize a higher price than the crude sold directly to refineries in Singapore (from the TPS production)."

Also noted was that some extra operation costs may be involved with the TPS but they had yet to recieve accounts from KUFPEC and so this was still an unknown.

Also might be worth throwing some extra dollars against some more exploration drilling as I believe some more is anticipated!.
