They have to provide ASIC with year end accounts by Nov 30 is my understanding, so we have up to that date. Given they have just started the Anixter bz, having ongoing negotiations in the aero/defence sectors and are about to announce something interesting with a major electronics company I would imagine that the relist will occur at the latest possible time so that as many good news stories can be generated as possible.

I think they know they have one last chance to get go forward happening so they will be very careful with timing.
