Given they have just started the Anixter bz, having ongoing negotiations in the aero/defence sectors and are about to announce something interesting with a major electronics company I would imagine that the relist will occur at the latest possible time so that as many good news stories can be generated as possible.

I think they know they have one last chance to get go forward happening so they will be very careful with timing.
