RJ hadd to go, not acceptable that MC can come along and spot things like not enough loaders. RJ probably a smart fellow but for those that have heard him talk, it was far from inspirational so management wise not so sure.
Reckon cash costs will still be high, probably only around september that ALD got on track, so could be a while till we see movement
Mind you a new reserve estimate will be out with the quarterly so that may help a little, but as K said no point having lots of gold if you can't prove you can get it out of the ground cheaply.
