when the money is raised otherwise might go in voluntary administration. Think about it the share price will crash if it opens and the raise will already be issued at a discount. Opening the trading again will just further dilute the shareholders and the directors free shares will be worth even less. (since you guys haven't asked the board to pay for them)
If no raising happening i expect a bankruptcy within 12 months, less if the 100 million in finance goes through but doubt it will.
