It is very clear to anyone who cares to look closely whenever Biden is speaking will observe he is mostly incoherent, loses track of what he is saying mid sentence and cannot even read from notes. This is frequent and not limited to an occasional slip.
Whether he has dementia or not is irrelevant, but clearly there is something very wrong with his mental capacity.
It is beyond comprehension that those close to him are allowing him to continue.
Should there be debates between him and Trump they will be embarrassing for him.
