I would add a couple of observations to this thread:
1) You cannot compare AVL and LYC - they are fundamentally different companies. Yes both rare earths but one is heavily skewed to heavy rare earths (AVL) and one to light (LYC). If you want to compare LYC compare it to MCP.
2) Yes Tuarisk, AVL finished up on Thursday, but came back to earth on Friday to close on the AMEX @US$7.63 (down 7.74%)
Given MCP also went down on Fri - can not see a rally starting today for LYC - but would love it if it did.
Hold both LYC and AVL (as well as a couple of others in this sector).
