The first answer which comes to mind is that they will stop selling when they have sold their last share ,as they seem to be in a bit of trouble.

My preferred result is that when the updated numbers of available gas reserves are announced in December
(as mentioned by RC recently) and they are positive ,we might expect that Magellan could receive an appropriate offer for their remaining shares from a possible predator e.g. Jemena ,which seems to have a spare $2,000,000,000 dollars to invest . This would then protect Jemena's interest in NEGI and may result in a closer relationship with CTP.
