No $105M = no phosphate mine.
If they can get a bank to lend them the funds, share price should pop.
If they raise the cash by selling addtional shares, watch it drop like a rock due to dilution.
I will jump back in if the dilution happens at a nice discount
when will mak raise the $105m?
