Thanks for replying to the other posts - I would have but have lost all patience with newbees asking the same old questions as if they were issues not already flogged to death.
BTW, dfur, after looking at the BON offer, I've changed my mind. It will only help MAK and it is also Ok for BON holders too - just from their perspective they want a better offer - which is normal for any t/o target...
