...roughly, at the start FML said they wanted to see a sustained POG price momentum.
Other than admin, delay hasn't cost them much, but OTOH they haven't done/delivered as much on the gold asset side either, but have pared the bloated former FML down to size and ditched what needed to be.
I believe the goal is still a resource that can sustain something like 170,000 p.a. for a minimum of 5 years is the kickoff once the POG criteria is met. (all from memory so you need to go back and check.)
