There you go Hoodlum... once the company is readmitted to trading status on the ASX ... To be fair, another poster did say they deserved payment particularly over the PDF business....
But clearly these shareswere raised under the current value of 0.4¢ (not stated in the Ann.)


I know That MEC Had a total of 684.5 million Shares on the Register In October 2020..
You can workout the dilution.

To put money in the bank... If they want to use the price of 0.4¢....then a capital raising should only be available to existing shareholders.


CLEARLY.... The future capital raising needs to be greater than 20 cents a share for all other Comers including institutional and sophisticated investors... Otherwise a mass extinction event will occur.
