I suppose they were unable to initiate a PR campaign to early as not enough runs on the board at that stage so it would have been unsustainable. It's all about timing I suppose.

One could assume if SP was in the 4.0's some options will be converted early, that too will provide additional security going forward.

I think the nsw gov will get on board soon. Being slow movers they would be quietly watching cl8 go about their business growing and making new partnerships and cementing the p2p concept
