    Yes, I agree (depth), but speed of flow is more important. That said, if you read the 'water depth specs' on most 4x4 EV's they are rated for a lot higher than 12 inches (we are not talking about Tesla's here). Keep in mind that the battery packs are water sealed, so only concern is the electric motor. And speed of flow aside, if the water is deep enough to engulf the motor, then it would be unwise to enter, given all cars float, be they ICE or EV.
