Europe too probably, but America won't miss on the trucking - if it can save money in spades, they'll do it. If it can be developed, they'll do it and they'll jump into it big
yes, tech leaps will come from Europe - but, the yanks have done a lot with trucks and ag machines in the past and it won't change - not even the oil industry will slow it much
