the BOD and senior management have all changed. There is a focus on the future with less emphasis on China ( tho currently 12 contracts there) and more on the America’s and Europe as well as Asia. But the pandemic obviously restricts what can be done in the near time. Meanwhile, the investigation into the fraud and the perpetrators needs to be finalised without the cost exceeding the benefit, clean that up and accounts can be signed.
I was at the the AGM, the company has a second chance to be a profitable enterprise,the new Chair was impressive and not someone who joined to fail. Give the new board a chance, when relisting occurs buy or sell on your own analysis. I’m leaning towards buying more if the price is a silly one.
