I tend to think that if HUB / NWL were keen they would have had a crack by now - something’s keeping them at bay (I realise NWL have had a look). That may change if their organic growth drops off, but failing that I can only conclude they feel they’re better off focusing on their own growth.
What’s not to like ? PPS net flow growth is a fraction in comparison. Perhaps there’s something distinct in how they operate that doesn’t transition easily…….
