And those of us in Sydney will just sit back, wondering why all those people moved to QLD ?
You should read back over some of the threads from the last 5-6 years the same people have been calling for a crash for so long its not funny and yet my properties just keep bringing the rent in.
Unless your going to sell why worry, people that paid 20-30K 25 years ago were i grew up are now sitting on well over 1 million, are they worried if property falls. It aint going to be as bad as you want it to be.
