The chair of amp has had over 3 years. The CEO is now well over 2 years in the job.
At what point do shareholders call them out as failing?
I thought amp had bottomed out some time ago at $1.15. I thought that there was $1.60 of value in a break up of the business. But amp never fails to fail or never fails to disappoint. Debra and Lexi never looked up to the job. There have been many worthy words but virtually nothing in terms of progress toward a worthy result. Definitely no result. There has been a parade of failed or non descript managers coming and going. Asset sales so far did not deliver the previous valuations.
Time for someone else to have a go. Debra and Lexi and a number of the board and the management team have to go before there will be any change in the results and SP.
