when will sharemarket do the sums

A gold mining company with a modest million ounce deposit, in the last month or so has seen the price of gold in AU$ increase by around $150 per ounce. Or put another way the value of their deposit increase by $150,000,000 yet their share prices have gone knowhere. Seems interest in the mining industry sure is fading fast no wants to invest anymore. Just what will it take to change this mindset
