This won't rally without a substantial deal or named agreement.
However I think it would rally if these cash incentives were eradicated.
A new credible CEO was appointed and lekkas down the road would instill buyer confidence.
At this price this should be seen as great value and buying opportunity for a company with this "potential"
But it's not and why is that??? That should be the first question at the AGM why is Xpe bearish at these levels???
The Bears are running wild because unfortunately that potential is flowing down the drain and into Athan s pockets.
