Immediate dilution will only occur for SPP i.e., $7.5 million at $0.033 i.e, only 227 million shares (around 10 per cent). It is not a big issue since the SPP will be purchased by existing shareholders. It will only happen next year since it must be approved through extraordinary AGM in Dec 2016.
