That's not correct. I had a bit to do with the Murchison situation (made something out of the carcass called Chameleon). Barnett pushed and tried to get MMX to fund and develop Oakajee. Never seen such an inept and useless board in my life.
Half the time it is useless management that make these types of projects fail and I believe PDY is a repeat and rather ironic it is over the same assets pretty much.
WA government simply issues rights to develop tenements - its like "take or pay" - get on with it or get knocked out.
