Not a legal requirement but an ASX listing requirement, they will not be allowed back until information answers the obvious questions they have been asked and that was lacking in original release including can they actually come up with the funds. As the company stated expected to be able but that is not a guarantee. If no release today expect a further release stating when they next expect to be able to make one.

PDY has confirmed it is Bleyer in their release yesterday, ASIC or ASX do no write releases they are just concerned that the market knows who is involved and leave it can decide the merits etc.
