All hypotheticals from your end, there is lots of fallout from these management decisions apart from the share price halving and these are documented and factual.
Was the raise required at that time??? Or was it convenient or easy at the time?
You can disagree with me all you like but the market didn't like it, doesn't like what's happening now and the legacy of that raise and the timing will now live with the stock for a very long time.
